If the reviews are even half right, this will be a challenging read (and worth passing around!). The author – Tim Stevens – is on the staff at Granger Community Church, and has co-authored the Simply Strategic books with Tony Morgan. Apparently, the book is in its second printing already, even though it just came out in late March.

Cal – I’ll pass this on as soon as I can. At the very least, this will provide a line of reasoning to explain the use of film clips in the sermon. On the other hand, it could push us WAY out of our comfort zones (Granger’s sermon series last Christmas was based on Beatles music – “Let it be… Christmas”)
